Confluence is a design-oriented, boutique, residential real estate firm that focuses on infill developments in the greater Seattle area. We believe that beautiful, livable design can also be profitable and we build that promise into everything we do.

Our Team

  • Cameron McKinnon / Partner

    Cameron McKinnon is a Co-Founder and Head of Acquisitions and Development of Confluence Development, LLC. He started Confluence after more than a decade of experience as a Partner and Director of Acquisitions and Development for Gamut360 Holdings, LLC.

    Cameron holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Denver. Since 2019, he has been seated on the Board of Directors for the Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties, serving as Board President in 2022. Additionally, he previously served on the Board of the Young Leaders Group for the Urban Land Institute Northwest Council.

  • Spencer Evans / Partner

    Spencer Evans is a Co-Founder and Head of Construction of Confluence Development, LLC. Previously, Spencer owned and operated a fee-based general contracting firm overseeing the construction of multiple townhome developments in the greater Seattle area.

    Spencer holds dual degrees in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He was previously involved in the Urban Land Institute where he served as the YLG Chair on two District Council Management Committees in San Diego and Seattle.
